Undercover Boss

Hello peeps, just wanna share with you guys. Recently I’ve been following this one show Undercover Boss USA. It’s basically a show where the executive of a company goes undercover in his own company to have the first experience and feel how it is like to be there and work at the front line. That way, he’ll knows if there are any improvements that the company can do to make the business runs more effective and also meets the company aim and objectives

The thing that I like about this show is that it reminds us that being an executive of a company, one must understands that it is a big responsibility. As an executive officer of course your basic salary can take care of your family welfare, but as a boss you must also realize that there are thousands of families that depend on the decisions that you made in the company. Going undercover for one week only then the executive can see how committed their workers are. Some of them already went through so many things in life but all those things never ever stop them from working hard. At the end of the week the undercover boss will summon all the employees to the HQ for an evaluation.

You people really wanna see their reaction when they realize that the person sitting in front of them is actually their boss. Some of them become speechless, some even cried, very touching and inspiring. You know, there are many different love languages. Some people their love language could be words, some could be objects and others could be physical contact. Just imagine if you can give all at the same time. He or she will surely cry with happiness. Sometime even simple words of appreciation like “thank you” “good job” can really touch someone heart, especially when it comes from your boss. Another thing is, we can never imagine what we could learn from other people’s life once we get to know them. God has His own way to teach us. *smile*
